Hello Gantex .. Boleh saya bertanya jika pertarungan bekalan kuasa HB600TEF dengan 11 pasangan transistor output dan 3 pasang melangkah memandu IFRP250N ... ini boleh mengendalikan 100-50-0-50-100 VAC di 20Amps pengubah ? terima kasih

halo Darlington , saya mencoba untuk menjawab pertanyaan Anda , HB600TEF dengan 11 pasang transistor dan dengan MOSFET IRF250N pada supply 100-50-0-50-100 VAC di 20A bisa mengatasinya , karena IRF250N dapat menangani tegangan di kisaran 200V 33A .
