Info Service TV Permasalahan Power mati pada TV SAMSUNG
Posting kali ini akan menjelaskan tentang pengalaman perbaikan pada Televisi Samsung model 14 inch untuk semua tipe chasis KS1A, untuk tipe chasis sendiri anda bisa lihat di bagian bawah PCB chasis biasanya di dekat Trafo FBT. Kebetulan untuk TV yang kemarin saya perbaiki adalah model 21 inch. Gejala pada TV Samsung ini sendiri adalah power off, komponen yang sudah dicoba diganti adalah Tr Power 6810A yang setelah diganti baru ternyata short lagi, kemudian Deflection yoke juga diganti dengan yang baru namun ternyata masih menunjukkan kerusakan yang sama. Anehnya pada saat TV dinyalakan tetapi dengan kondisi deflection yoke dicabut transistor power tidak putus / short lagi, setelah dicek ternyata kerusakan bukan pada bagian TR power atau deflection yoke melainkan pada capasitor horizontal 680pF 1K2V yang hambatannya sudah berubah walaupun tidak short.Untuk lebih jelasnya silahkan lihat gambar, bagian yang ditandai menunjukkan komponen yang saya maksud.
Tentu saja penyebab lain untuk kerusakan sejenis masih banyak, tetapi supaya anda tidak kehabisan stok TR power untuk kerusakan seperti ini saya sarankan anda juga membaca postingan saya yang terdahulu tentang Trik Mencegah Transistor Power Short. Ok sekian postingan kali ini semoga bermanfaat.

There are small lines in the figure, 60V on RGB transistors
C700 (100nF, 250V) are often leaky, but the main problem is the R723 which has expanded from 27R to 1.2m.

Horizontal output transistor Q802 collapsed Serig
damage to the C818 (1uF, 250v), stretchy, also replace C818 and Q802.
Sony TV Model: KVD-C21MF1 (SCC-K68A-A Chassis)

There is no voltage on pin 5 of IC301 (MC44002P), R339 Damaged.
